Welcome to Mantonsino (“Mantonsino,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By booking or receiving any of our mobile car detailing services, you (“Customer,” “Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following Terms and Services (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services

Mantonsino provides mobile automotive detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, waxing, ceramic coating, paint correction, and related services.

All services are performed at the location provided by the client, provided it meets our safety and workspace requirements.

Mantonsino reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or unsuitable (e.g., poor weather, lack of water/electricity access, or hazardous surroundings).
2. Scheduling, Bookings, and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our booking system, email, or phone.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or full service charges.

Mantonsino reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather, safety issues, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted based on the actual condition, size, and service time of the vehicle.

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Mantonsino accepts payments via cash, debit, credit, or other approved methods.

Failure to pay may result in additional charges, collection actions, and denial of future services.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Customer must disclose any existing damage or issues with the vehicle prior to service.

Customer must remove personal belongings, valuables, and child seats before service begins. Mantonsino is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

Customer must provide access to the vehicle, a safe working area, and access to water or power if required.

Vehicles must be in a safe and operable condition. Mantonsino may refuse service if the vehicle is unsafe or excessively soiled (biohazards, infestations, mold, etc.).
5. Liability and Damage Disclaimer

Mantonsino will exercise reasonable care while servicing your vehicle but is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or defects (scratches, dents, peeling paint, cracked trim, etc.).

Electrical or mechanical failures occurring during or after detailing.
-
Damage caused by aftermarket accessories, poor prior repairs, or fragile materials.

Any claims of damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion. Failure to do so releases Mantonsino from all liability.

Liability is limited to the cost of the service performed, and Mantonsino is not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind.
6. Warranties and Satisfaction Guarantee

Mantonsino provides no express or implied warranties unless specifically stated in writing.

Some services (e.g., ceramic coating) may include a limited performance guarantee subject to proper vehicle care and maintenance by the customer.

If you are dissatisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We may, at our discretion, offer to re-service the vehicle. Refunds are not guaranteed.
7. Weather and Environmental Conditions

Services may be rescheduled in the event of extreme weather (rain, snow, high winds, or heat).

Mantonsino is not responsible for dust, pollen, or debris that may settle on the vehicle after the detailing process due to outdoor conditions.
8. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, website content, images, marketing materials, and proprietary techniques used by Mantonsino are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.
9. Privacy

Mantonsino collects and stores customer information solely for booking, billing, and communication purposes.

We will not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
10. Refusal of Service

Mantonsino reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any customer for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe work conditions, abusive behavior, or unpaid invoices.
11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mantonsino, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of services, or unsafe working conditions at your property.
12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
13. Changes to These Terms

Mantonsino may update these Terms at any time without notice. The updated Terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
14. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or receiving our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Services.
