Membership Terms & Conditions
This Mantonsino Membership Agreement governs the terms of service for our PRO (Monthly) and ELITE (Annual) membership plans. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following:
1. Member Discounts

PRO Members (Monthly): Receive 10% off all detailing services during any active billing period.

ELITE Members (Annual): Receive 15% off all detailing services during any active annual term.

Discounts are only valid during an active membership period and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
2. Free Executive Detail
-
Each member is entitled to one (1) free Executive Detail per membership term (approx. value: $399).
-
Redemption eligibility (both plans): Eligible only after 6 consecutive months of active membership.

This perk is non-transferable and holds no cash value.

Services must be booked directly by the member and cannot be gifted, resold, or exchanged.
3. Membership Duration, Renewal & Cancellation

Membership begins on the date of purchase.

PRO plans renew every 30 days.
-
ELITE plans renew every 365 days.

Members may cancel future renewals at any time.

Important:

If any membership benefit has been used (discount or free Executive Detail), the current paid period cannot be canceled, paused, or refunded.

If no benefits have been used, cancellation is permitted, and future payments will be stopped.

4. Service Scheduling

All services are subject to availability.

Members are encouraged to book 3–5 days in advance, especially during peak seasons.

Mantonsino reserves the right to limit availability during high-demand periods.
5. Misuse of Membership

Benefits are valid for the registered member and their household only.

Fraudulent activity, resale, or misuse (including unauthorized sharing of benefits) may result in:

Immediate cancellation of the membership

Forfeiture of all benefits without refund

Potential refusal of future membership enrollment

6. General Terms

Free Executive Detail services hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged or sold.

Mantonsino reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms with 30 days’ notice.

Members will be notified of any significant changes by email or through our website.

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
